7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Ayana Cameron or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content provided by Ayana Cameron without our express written consent.
8. Client Data and Usage Rights
All data, including but not limited to code, files, information, and other materials created by Ayana Cameron during the course of providing services to you will remain your property. Upon completion of the project, all deliverables will be transferred to you in accordance with the terms set out in the service agreement.
You grant Ayana Cameron the limited right to use anonymized and aggregated data for purposes such as improving our services or compiling case studies unless otherwise agreed upon.

Ayana Cameron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our interests or the interests of other users.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and any outstanding payments will become due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ayana Cameron regarding the use of the Services. Any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between the parties are superseded by these Terms.
